Hi Chris & Maria,
Thank you both for a great few days doing the Open Water Certificate, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with you both and the teaching was excellent. The position of the dive centre right on the beach and with such excellent water contributed to the experience. I look forward to my next dive and will hopefully return to Corfu soon.

Chris Makris of Apollo Dive Centre is a very skilled and safe diver, and he was excellent at finding unusual specimens to see underwater. The Taverna just down the road from the dive centre also does excellent food. Chris was very helpful in sorting out my PADI Certificate - thank you Chris.

will never forget the great dives with maria.if you are a young person like me and you want to scuba dive go to apollo dive school expect a fun and enjoyable time with chris and maria. will be back next year.

To anyone reading this who is thinking of taking the "plunge" (sorry) and doing some Scuba training with Apollo, do it!
My wife and I had a great weekend doing our PADI Open Water, and will be back again soon so I can complete my Advanced Open Water Course. The teaching was tailored perfectly to our needs. Safety was first class and plenty of humour along the way. The only drawback was that we didn't have longer to stay this trip to do some more diving with Chris and Maria, thanks guys!

I have been making diving course with Maria and Chris. I was little bit concerned since all was in English language and I have learned Englinsh only in school for three years.
But thanks to Chris' and Maria's patience, humor and the great fun at diving I could overcome all difficulties and I'm now proud junior open water diver!

Coming already for the second year in the row I knew that I could expect
wonderful, safe dives, a relaxed time and fun with you !
All the dives were very special
. Of Course Caparelli Island and the Wreck are highlights.The sea turtle
rescue on our way to Agni was also an unexpected highlight!
So filled with all these impretions I cant wait till next year when I for sure will come back for more dives with you!

Last year at the beginning of may we had a few dive's at your diving centre and we enjoyed that very much.
So this year we come again in the first week of May and want to make e few dive's again ,first an easy dive and later to the wreckage or by boat
as you prommissed last year .
Is the assistand boss also there or is he back to school ?

I would like to thank Chris & Maria for the great dives on the house reef and Kapareli reef & caves such a fantastic dive worth doing. i had one week on your lovely ilsland and the best time i had was diving with both of you. so professional and people like you two help to make diving fun and enjoyable and above all your safety is for us in the diving world is first rate! It was nice to dive without a dry suit on in lovely warm water !! ( maybe a shorty next time. lol!) thanks alot till next time and i have taken on board about my posiedon regs in warm waters.

Great time!
Came to Nissaki a bit apprehensive about what awaited me, but needn't have worried, Chris and Maria set the pace and treated us as family. Had one of my best holidays ever. did my Open Water and Advanced PADI courses here, Chris made sure I not only could do every aspect of the course but also understood every part of the training. The courses were no easy rides but still were made enjoyable with humour. Really looked forward to the debreafing after the dives as this always seemed to involve discussing the dive over Greek delicacies.
Met some really cool people there of all nationalities, especially Jane, Chris and Maria.

Fort de quelques plongées et pour une meilleure sécurité pour moi et mon entourage, j’ai donc décidé de passer le niveau du Rescue Diver lors de mes vacances à Corfou.
Malheureusement logé à l’hôtel Sunshine, j’ai eu le plaisir de découvrir le centre de plongée de Nissaki à seulement 10 min à pied le long de la plage sur un petit sentier aménagé. J’ai alors fait la connaissance de Maria, accueillante, douce et sympathique puis de Chris efficace, professionnel et rassurant en gros un couple détonant. Après quelques plongées un examen en anglais… (dur, dur pour un francophone !!) nous fument, moi et mon épouse, invités à partager un BBQ. Que du bonheur !! Grâce au centre de plongée de Nissaki, nos vacances ont été un succès aussi bien au niveau de la plongée qu’au niveau personnel.
Encore merci Maria et Chris d’avoir autant embelli nos vacances et à bientôt !!

..en.. nog een stukje in het Nederlands, helemaal mee eens met het positieve commentaar van de voorgangers. Prima materiaal, mooie snelle boot die je in mum van tijd naar de mooiste duikplekken brengt. Bij Chris en Maria voel je je op je gemak het zijn geweldige instructeurs die met hun praktijk lessen en tips duikers van ieder niveau weer een stuk verder helpen.
De duik bij Agni en de wrakduik bij Nisaki waren indrukwekend mooi, zo had ik er nog wel 10 willen doen.
Thanks Chris and Maria, it really was great diving with you both and very nice meeting you (maybe a next time some night diving and BBQ)

Op verzoek een stukje in het Nederlands...
Ik heb twee duiken gedaan bij Apollo, de eerste met Maria en de tweede met Chris. Allebei fantastische, zeer ervaren én serieuze instructeurs! Maria is een lieverd met een engelengeduld, Chris is recht door zee en heeft zijn hart op de tong (volkomen terecht overigens <<je bent immers niet aan het knikkeren>> en nooit op een vervelende manier!). De nachtduik met Chris was fantastisch (...en de bbq achteraf ook...). Duikmateriaal is dik in orde en ik ben zelf voornemens om te zijner tijd terug te gaan naar Corfu om bij Chris enkele specialties te gaan volgen.
Chris: stroopwafels en drop zijn onderweg!

Apollo Diving rocks!!! I had a great time diving with Chris and Maria. They are both wonderful instructors. The rented equipment is top quality and well taken care of. Everything is meticulously washed after each dive. Chris´s brand new boat is beautiful, but more importantly it´s really comfortable for dives. Plenty of room for getting on your equipment without bumping into everyone! And a ladder in the back makes re-entry a breeze. I highly recommend this fantastic dive center and can´t wait to go back.
